I did not have the privilege of knowing Master Chief McCann but was fascinated by his dedicated service of 43 years in the US Navy, serving in three major wars, traveling the world, and going on to a 2nd career in the antique business. What a wonderful man! I was very lucky to have worked with him in the early 1980s at the military personnel office on the navy base here in Mechanicsburg. Master Chief was a true gentleman and I'm so sorry you've lost him.
