So sorry to hear of his death. He was a great man and leader who left behind an Amazing legacy. He gave so much of his life to help future generations to reach their goal and become great achievers. He will missed by his family and all whose lives are richer because of his dedication to education and mankind.

He was a GIANT of a Man and an Angel at Heart,
He LOVED us All, and then Depart,
"WELL DONE", my Faithful Friend,

From the families of Lawrence H. Davis Sr., and Rhonnie Dixon(Houston, TX.)

I am sorry to hear about the passing of Dr. Harrison B. Wilson, II. He was President of Norfolk State University during the first 6 years (1991-1997) of my 25 years (1991-2016) of service, at NSU. Many of the sound practices established during his tenure (1977-1997), as President, continued to serve the University well, after his retirement in 1997. He was a great leader. It was a pleasure to have known him and worked with him. May God continue to bless the entire family, during this...

A mighty tree has fallen. I remember sitting in Dr. Wilson's office - don't ask why, I can't remember; probably some Spartan Echo stuff - and a student came in crying uncontrollably. His mother had suddenly passed away & he didn't have money for a plane ticket to fly home right then. Dr. Wilson came out of his office & told his assistant to find a ticket for the student. He told the student to go back to his dorm room & pack. He would have him on a flight by midnight. Dr. Wilson, was a...
