I first met Harry Aston in Garland Texas, many years ago, at a barbecue restaurant, which was located across the street from a Penske truck rental location that I had opened up on Broadway Blvd. Harry was speaking with the owner of the restaurant who was leasing the property from him.
This was when I first witnessed Harry trying to help one of his tenants with giving him advice (and working out payment arrangements for late rent as I later found out).
I ended up renting...
