Not sure what to say?

Joanne and Kids,
I am so sorry to hear about Harry's passing. He was a great boss and I enjoyed working for him. He was a TRUE leader and friend to many. He always reminded me of what a good "grandpa" would be. That was the way it seemed he treated us as work, tough but fair, and always looking out for ways to help and reward us. I know that your lives are changed forever by your loss but I hope that knowing he touched the lives of so many will warm your hearts.
I will think of...

I knew Harry at the YNCA; he did not train me, but he was a constant presence on the floor, always available to answer a question or share a little conversation. I relied on him being there and I miss him now every time I am at the gym. I am so sorry he is gone.

Throughout your life you run in to people that are teachers, students, mentors, bosses, and so on. However, every now and then you run in to someone that is not only all of those things, but a friend as well. Harry was one of those people to us....we are very sorry to hear of the families loss...but you can all take comfort in knowing that Harry had a positive effect on a lot of people...including the two of us! Your family will remain in our thoughts and prayers!

I am sorry to hear about Harry. He was my boss for about fifteen years and what a boss he was. He was kind to everyone and always had that open door policy. Many of us used that policy when we had problems. I remember when he came to our office on Normandy Blvd. He set a time limit to learn everyone's name and he was sucessful. May the angels of God watch over you and touch you softly with his blessings.
You are all in my prayers and thoughts.

Dear Joanne,
My heart aches just thinking about what has transpired these last 4-5 weeks. I will continue to keep you and your family in my prayers. I will miss seeing Harry at the "Y".

Remember to take care of yourself. I look forward to your return to class.
God bless you.
Aggie

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Harry and I were in the same homeroom every year at Waycross High School, and even those many years ago as a teenager, Harry was just a super, nice guy. With great sympathy, Linda Hardman

My heart and prayers are with you and your family.

I am sorry to hear of Harry's passing. He will always be remembered as a great leader in our business. Thanks to Harry, the Jacksonville Service Center (AT&T and Lucent) survived and thrived. Many will miss his presence and inspiration.
I will remember his family in my thoughts and prayers.
