I worked in the Chief Judge's Office as a seasonal employee during my high school and college days. He was a kind and gentle man who had the respect and adoration of all who worked with him. Dear Family, We have never met, but I am one of your distant cousins. I wish to express my sorrow at Judge Comerford's death. My great grandfather George Comerford brought his parents, William and Honora Comerford from Wexford, Ireland in 1840. Although there is nothing I can say to alleviate the sorrow you must feel, I would like to express my deepest condolences. I never had the honor of meeting Judge Comerford, but I am eternally grateful for his kindness and generosity towards my brother, Tony. Just one look at his warm, gentle smile has convinced me that he touched the lives of many, many others. You will be in my thoughts.

To the Comerford family,

I would like to extend my condolences on behalf of my family. My father, William, introduced me to Judge Comerford when I was a young law student and would tell me that Judge Comerford was a "true gentleman" in every sense of the word. My prayers and thoughts are with you at this time of loss.

Our deepest sympathies to Noreen and family for the loss of one of the finest people we have ever had the privilege of knowing. Judge Comerford was a true friend and we will miss him.
