I appreciated his mentoring and his supportive leadership style and remember him fondly for his outstanding sense of humor. My deepest sympathy to Dr. Fletcher's family. I know he will be greatly missed.

I was a faculty member at MTCC/GWC when he arrived and served as Acting
Associate Dean of Instruction when he served as Acting President. Our inside joke was concerning "riding the fire truck to put out the fires."
