Not sure what to say?

There is a Midrash of a man who enters a cottage filled with hundreds of shelves and every shelf there were dozens of oil lamps. Some of the lamps were filled with oil and burned brightly, while others had little left. An old man appeared and told the visitor that each lamp represented a soul. As long as the lamp burns the soul remains alive. When the oil in the lamp burns out that person's soul takes leave of the world.

By his medical knowledge and personal compassion, my uncle...

We will miss our favorite uncle. We always looked forward to our monthly dinners. His stories were always so interesting and never dull. What a great uncle to have known. Love Sandy & Irv Herzog & children, Hinda & Harvey Goldberg & children.

I was fortunate to be one of the many physicians trained by Dr. Goldberg. His kindly bed side manner combined with a wealth of knowledge and sound scientific approach paved the way for others to emulate. He will be missed.

i am writing in behalf of our friend, bernice adoni, not sure if she knows how to use this website...her husband, leon, was good friends with dr. harry..and all of them were beth sholom congregants. leon passed last year and dr. harry went to the funeral. dr. harry was so good to leon being leon's cardiologist. dr. harry was a friend to the family. bernice and her 2 sons (1 passed) send their love to your family. This is written by shellie zonies jakubiak.

Dear Pop Pop Harry,
You will be sorely missed by all of us and everyone whose life you touched. While your accomplishments in the world of cardiology (being a pioneer in cardiac catheterization), were brilliant and ground-breaking, your empathy, warmth, graciousness, humility and kindness had even more impact..You have left a wonderful legacy. I love you.

I spoke to Dr. Harry often after my dad died in 2004 and my mom died in 2008..He was my dad's cardiologist as my dad had three open heart surgeries! We considered him to be a good friend. My dad was Albert Zonies from Cheltenham, PA...and my dad loved him..I send my sympathy to all of you, what a great man and a gentleman. I will remember his always asking about my aunt, ruth sterling, as they both went to Beth Sholom on Friday nights and he said that she dressed so well! I enjoyed...

My condolences to the Goldberg Family. Harry was one of my Father's cousins. During my Father's (Max) many illnesses he was there for my family. Harry was a wonderful and giving person.

He always cared so much for all our family, always making sure we were given the best medical care. I remember when my son Feivel was born prematurely. Harry followed his progress closely and wanted to know how things were going, not because he was a doctor but because he loved us. When my son grew up they looked forward to talking torah together. He gave so much to so menny for all his long life. His legacy will go on and he will be remembered with love always.I know I will always think of...
