Harry Goldsworthy

My father, Maurice Dunklin, served with Harry in WWII. We believe it was in Puerto Rico. We are so sorry to hear of his passing.

We feel so privileged to have known Ed-such an incredible man, kind, funny and a wonderful friend to our mom and Dad. We went to his home in 2020, he was reading a Tom Clancy book and watching a golf game. We had a Mai Tai and went out to dinner, and had great conversation. My deepest sympathy to your whole family. I met Ed and Jake in Maui in 1991 right after I lost my Dad. They were both wonderful, caring people. Ed and I kept in touch over the years. I will miss his voice, his smile, his poetry and his laugh. My love and prayers are with all of you.

As good friends, your Dad and my Dad Col. George F Hammett Jr USAF, would call each other after each had reached 100 yrs old. They would ask each other "are you dead yet??" as an affirmation that all was OK-- Your Dad must have called mine..... My Dad died February 3, 2022. Sweet Memories. 25 [email protected].
