Sandy Hays was one of the "Hays' Boys" growing up in Central Gardens, Memphis. I heard many a tale of their exploits from their group of friends. Love of family was the Hays trademark. I was heartbroken to read about his death. He was truly one of my very favorite dads growing up, and I treasure many memories at your house. He always had a gentle smile, a sweet nature and a fun sense of humor. My parents considered him a dear friend, too. Love and prayers to all of you.
