My sincere condolences are going out to Harry’s family and friends. He will be missed very much. I worked with Harry off and on for about 20 years. We played cards at lunch many times and at the occasional poker party, many laughs, lots of good memories. I know many people were not in a position to make it, but it was nice seeing a good group of people from Delphi last night.

Harry was a kind, gentle person. I enjoyed working with him in the converter group at Delphi. We had a lot of laughs. Even though I have not been in touch for the last 9 years, I have thought of him often, wondering what he was up to. Well, I don't have to wonder any longer; I know where he is now. May he rest in peace with the Lord.

Ken and I extend our condolences to Harry's family. May your belief in the risen Lord strengthen you in this time of sorrow.

As many people said, Harry was a very friendly fellow, and one who was always willing to help.

I enjoyed talking about cars with him. Harry also loved his music. I had the pleasure of attending several concerts with Harry (ranging from Neil Young to KISS (5th Row!)), and remember them fondly.

You will be missed, Harry!

My deepest sympathies to the Hofbauer family.
I enjoyed being one of Harry's friends over the years. I met him in 1986 when I started working in the Converter group. We shared some challenging times as we were completing the Masters degree program at Michigan State. Lot's of time in the car, in the lab and at work grinding out our final project allowing us to graduate in 1991.
We also spent many Tuesday's during the summer playing on the AC golf league. He sure enjoyed it...

I worked with Harry for many years at Delphi in Oak Creek. I really appreciated the way he would come around and talk. He would always lift my spirits and had a wonderful way of working through issues so that work didn't seem so much like work. He also had a knack for getting people to set aside their differences and work together. It was in the little things that Harry did that made him such a special friend, like placing a nickel and dime together (so the faces were both looking the...
