Not sure what to say?

Just now learned of Harry´s passing. I was Deane´s sister-in-law. Good memories with Deane and Harry in our younger years. Belated condolences to the family.

I apologize in advance if this is incorrect. I knew Deane and Harry Houston in Arlington Texas in high school in 1963 through 65. They had a rock band. After high school graduation from Arlington high School they went to California to dental school. I lost track of them in 1967 when I joined the Marine corps. -- James Guenzel, Maryland Hts MO

My profound condolences to Dr. Houston's family and friends. I met Harry and Dean when they were going to school at Loma Linda University. They were my good friend and roommate Bob Hookam's cousins. We visited again up in Quincy where he first set up practice and he would take chickens and pigs as barter for dental work in that rural community. Even though I only met him twice there was no escaping the influence of his happy, intelligent, mischievous, and engaging personality.

Our prayers are with Harry’s family and especially with Linda, his love.
There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone, the light remains.
With love and deepest condolences,

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

All I have to say is he was a great man!!

Such a sweet and Godly man. I was honored to know the Houston family while raising my girls. Always a loving home to celebrate life. I will always have special memories and respect for Dr Houston. Linda is in my daily prayers because they were one. My love and prayers to the family and memories will keep him alive in your hearts.

Harry was a trusted friend and colleague during our work days in Macon. He cared deeply for his work and his patients. We shared many a good meal at KFC and plenty of good conversations. God speed, Harry. You will be missed by a everyone you touched.

My deepest condolences to you and your family. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. ❤ Shevone Barry, RN
