My Daddy
He taught me compassion for others, and to get involved to make the world a better place and not just sit back and complain. But most of all he taught me what commitment is. Commitment to family, your spouse and children and to strive to always support and encourage them. Even though a few of your grey hairs had my name on them you never judged me but always stood by me. Daddy I miss you so much and can't believe you are gone, and poor mom is just broken inside....

Ray, Audrey & John on liner Stratheden 1950 seeing Mum, Dad, Ron & myself off from New York when we returned to England

My mum (grandma Allen) always spoke of Ray, of the time he was in England during the war in affectionate terms - a charm and generosity during hard times - many family stories, too many to put here.

We found him kind and good company - devastating for Audrey and all of you to lose him - our thoughts are with you all now.

We found him kind and good company, so fond memories of visits - so devastating now for Audrey to lose him - our thoughts are with you all now.

Had the opportunity to meet and know, both Harry & Audrey at the VFW in Bridgeton - What Special people and an Awesome Couple... Their "Love Story " as told by Audrey , brought tears to my eyes! Harry will be be missed by not only me, but the entire membership of the VFW. He was a one of kind. Our Condolences Go Out To Audrey and Family.

Im sorry for the loss of my dear neighbor. A word of comfort in your time of sorrow. "He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces."
