My thoughts and prayers are with the Meeker family during this difficult time. Coach Meeker was an inspiration to many track and field athletes both on and off the field. He has touched thousands of student athletes lives and will be missed by many. I will always remember Coach Meeker's words of advice and encouragement. He helped "mold me into the person I am today." For that I am forever grateful. Thanks for everything Coach!

I will miss our 4th.of july d.j.ing togethor at the pool, I will miss our Husker Games, and bashing and cheering, I will miss our talks of vacations past and music, I will miss our high school football...

I am so sorry for your loss. Just reading all of the wonderful things about your dad, I am sorry that I didn't get to know him. Thank goodness you will have so many wonderful memories, and those are the most important things we can leave our loved ones. May you find comfort with your loved ones.

Harry was one of two track coaches I learned the most from. Lots of fun memories - from Jim & Betty Jo Armagost

Coach Meeker was Old School. As a young track coach he would not let me ride the bus because I did not have a tie on. Coach, its 87 degrees. He waited until I got a tie.

Harry was always Uncle Harry to me and helped me so much when I was just a kid growing up with my track skills. Simply put, Harry was unforgettable from the time he met you. His smile and personality was so inspiring and contagious. I will never him and LaDonna in my life as two gracious wonderful people and my life will forever be enriched from knowing each of them.

It is easy to see Harry touched many lives. I have fond memories of Harry as I began my career with Millard at North Junior High. We will all miss him. My condolences to the family. Rick Baker

I was better for having coach meeker as a teacher. He always treated me fairly, respectfully, and gave me a 2nd chance when needed. Still remember his lessons, how to shake hands "like a man"-wrestling, speak up during roll call, be honest-never lie to him, etc.
