I knew Harry from my years at Westminster in the 60's. I served with Harry on the Westminster Session and admired him for his leadership and solid logic.
I later saw him when I retired and moved to Fairway Village in Vancouver, WA in 2004. He was President of the Fairway Views Condominium HOA. Once again, l heard he guided this organization to successfully deal with some serious maintenance and management issues during his tenure.
