I will miss Harry, and his sense of humor. He was always wondering about some aspect of life. A very interesting fellow.

Harry is one of the most interesting people I have ever known.

I always appreciated his sense of humor and respected the passion he had for researching subjects of interest to him.

He will be missed by many, myself included.

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

I just learned of Harry's passing and I send my heartfelt sympathy to those who loved him. He was my friend at the law school...a brilliant man with whom I shared many an interesting hour. May he rest in peace.

I will miss seeing Mr. Pener in the library and can't believe he is gone. He was quite a character and I knew it was always going to be an interesting time when he sat down at the computer.

Harry was a man of spirit and persistance. I knew Harry for over 25 years and know he is resting in God's loving care.

Of all the hearts to break when Harry passed away God's with the first.

To his family I remind you that death ends a life, not a relationship.

Harry often came in the UMKC Law Library. I thought he was brilliant and funny. I'm sad to hear of his passing and I will miss him.
