Not sure what to say?

I am Jan Whittow's sister. The only time I met the wonderful Rivers' family was when Carolyn wed my nephew, Ryan. My fondest memory of that day was watching Harry and Carolyn do the Carolina Shag. I still smile at the memory. What a friendly, gracious man he was. Carolyn, you mean a lot to our family and I want you to know that your Virginia relatives are mourning with you. God bless all of you!

HARRY RIVERS a Loving Friend

Today the world has an other example to look up to and Harry has his well earned reward, a vacation home in Heaven with his and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Rest in Peace my FRIEND.

My thoughts and prayers will be with you all. I remember Harry as such a wonderful person and a gentleman of such high character. I know he will be deeply missed

Annette, Nancy and I have been praying for Harry during his illness. Our deepest condolence to you , Carolyn & Elizabeth. God is with you in your time of sorrow. We're there to support you.

Dear Rivers Family
I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I practiced law in Pickens for 10 years and remember what a kind, fine attorney Harry was. It was always a pleasure to meet him at court. He will be missed by many.
Sincerely, Dottie Ingram, Greenville

May the peace of God be with you all.

Annette, I am in Montana and heard about this sad event. Although I have retired from the practice of law, I have many fond memories of Harry and always had great respect for him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Carolyn and Elizabeth, I am so sorry for this time you are going through.I shared a bond with Harry and grew to love each of you as you grew up.He will be remembered for many years for his kindness and that little grin he always seemed to have. Such a kind and gentle man.
