I met Harry at Water Pollution Control twenty years ago. He was kind and caring to his co-workers. "With a heavy heart, I wish to give my sincere condolences to his boys, his family and friends." May God lift you up during this very difficult time of your lives. Psalm 23

God blessed us with a great friend and neighbor. Dean had a heart of gold. We will miss him. Our condolences to The Boys, Ron and the entire Smith Family.

To the Smith Family: My sincere & deepest condolence to you all during your time of sorrow, I also worked with "Dean" here at W.P.C. until he retired.
