I think of Harry often; a true role model in living and fighting for

As Harry often said your either in the boat or on the shore.

My sincere condolences to the Staley family. Harry introduced himself to me
in 2006 when I was working to reform Rhode Island. Harry was a giant of a man who inspired all he met with the principle of doing the right thing means having no regrets. He made Rhode Island a better place and his legacy continues with RITAXPAYER. It was a privilege to be his friend.
