Not sure what to say?

Harry was a good friend to my dad (Newt) Mumma who also pass away this year in April. My father always spoke of the good time he had at hunting camp with Harry. My deepest condolences...Steve Mumma

Harry was a good man who fell in love with my 1st cousin Mary - in Seattle - when he heard her angelic voice in our choir loft. He was a Seabea in the 2nd WW - and they married, moved back to Harrisburg. I saw them many times over the years & heard stories of their four beautiful children. Now they have grandchildren and great grandchildren. Harry was a loving dad, husband and papou. God rest his soul...... Love, The Seattle cousin Mary :)

Gregory, I am saddened to hear of Harry's passing. Wendy & I offer our sincere condolences. Your dad really left a lasting impression on Harrisburg and the many lives he touched.

Dear Touloumes Family,

I am quite sure you won't remember me. My name is Judy Kreiser and I lived on Thompson Street. I was a neighborhood kid who used to play in your backyard with Vicki and Callie and occasionally got a glimpse of Kenny who always came out and was the one who told us what we had (or more often had not!) to do. He would always tell us to stay outside and not come in the bar or kitchen when they were busy. Oh and how I wanted to pop my head inside the bar but...

Dear Mary and family,

I remember very clearly when I made my first business call on Dave Myers in the fall of 1980,one of the questions he asked me was " Have you been to Harry's Tavern?" Needless to say, soon after I did go to Harry's and that is where I first met you and Harry. I am quite saddened to learn of Harry's death and please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Harry was a one of a kind, and we shall never see the likes of the tavern that you all worked so...

Dear Mary & Family, Harry was a wonderful friend from the 1st day I met him since 1963. Lots of early mornings and late nights. I'll always remember him. The best to all of you.

To the Touloumes family, you don't know me but my Dad, George Katsonis, grew up with Harry, John and Sam in Harrisburg. My papou was from Samos but he passed away before I was born. I have so many memories of my teaching days in Harrisburg and going to the Tavern of Friday nites to mingle with my co-workers and others in the tavern. MY sincere condolences,
Suzanne Katsonis Krizan

My condolences go out to the Touloumes family on the loss of their patriarch. The value of family is a mantric code that Harry instilled upon those of his family. Maybe the strongest point of his legacy is that he was the backbone & the rock of the family and the meaning of family was past on to those that are now grieving. May all of the Touloumes family be blessed with the strength to get through this time of sorrow. To Callie, one of my dearest friends and to Gregory, Vicki and their...
