Not sure what to say?

Harry was a wonderful man. I worked for him and Lefty for several years in the early 70´s along with my brother and many neighbors. Some of our best memories are still when we worked for them at the store. Harry and his brother Lefty were both great mentors for us. Lou Canfield

Harry was a very special guy. When he talked to you, he looked in your eyes, he was interested & he listened. He gave you his undivided attention. We have many fond memories of times spent water skiing, corn roast, playing cards or whenever we would meet. He will not be forgotten.

Harry lives on in our special memories. We treasure the times we spent at Gun lake water skiing with he & his children & the fabulous "corn roasts". He was a loving father, husband & friend. We were blessed sharing in a part of his life.

You gave us all so much. You gave us your time and you gave us your love. You gave us the great gift of you. We miss you and love you Dad - now and forever!

You made it all so special for us. Thank you for everything. We miss you and love you - now and always!

Harry, We treasure the friendship & happy times we shared with you & your family. Your memory lives on in our hearts.

Green Lake, eating hot dogs and teaching all of Grand Rapids to water ski. You made so many of us smile. Thanks Dad

Being close friends with the Vogel kids was like having Harry and Betty as parents too. Always a warm open home with love for friends. Harry was a model for all of us to aspire to. Truly a happy loving person who's legacy lives on in his family.

Harry was always interested in the family, their doors were always open, and the only time i visited his store was during the WLAV raft race, when i hung around with his son tom. He was one of those parents that always knew what tom and the gang was up to but was always open minded about the times.I and my wife moved just down the street from harry and betty to raise our children. They always had time to stop and visit on their walks. Thanks for the memories Harry
