Thank you to all those who have had such gracious comments about our father. He lived a long and active life. His legacy lives on with his children, their spouses, seven grand children and six great grand children. The love of sports and the outdoors carries on.

I have such fond memories of Mr. Hagedorn. I remember how thrilled he was when I told him that I would be attending "Panzer School of Phys Ed." He was such a proud alumnus! I am thankful for his guidance. Sending his family my condolences.

Harvey Hagedorn is literally the last of my Washington High School head coaches to depart this earth---and one of the nicest, most positive, caring human beings I've ever encountered. Not only a Wall of Fame coach, but an even better human being. I thank God he came into my life to support me in achieving my dreams as a basketball player---leading to all that came after.
