Harvey Harmon Helm

HHH was an exceptional human being and a very dear friend! I miss him already and I will always remember our annual trips with the Woodson Bend Gang. My thoughts and prayers are with Kelly, Alex, Meredith, all his family, and all his friends.

I had a pleasure of cutting Harvey´s hair at Zandel barbershop for six years. Never did I see him without a smile on his face. Our condolences and we will miss Harvey at The Barbershop

Harvey will be remembered for his caring and calm demeanor and his extensive knowledge. Harvey had a significant and positive impact on the lives of many, many people.

Hannah, I am stunned by this announcement. But then, I have not seen Harvey and Meredith of late. So my friend and fellow Environmental Protection, my thoughts are with you regarding the lost of your brother!

Though I live in Florida now, I had the good fortune to see Harvey and Meredith twice this year in Naples and in Lexington. While we did not dwell on his fate, he was not a guy to shy away from the discussion. As Meredith said to me, "he accepts everything with grace and dignity". I hope I am able to travel his path when it's my time.

Harvey was a wonderful person with a great sense of humor. I met Harvey through his wife and my friend, Meredith. We had a lot of good times together, many at Keeneland. Meredith and Harvey were a dynamic duo, always out and about enjoying life. Harvey had a love of the tv series Seinfeld and we would often laugh about different episodes. Harvey was intelligent and thoughtful. Meredith, you and his other family members are in my thoughts and prayers.
