Not sure what to say?

I had Harvey as a 6th grade teacher at Mansberger Elementary and my boss for four years at the Middletown Municipal Pool. He was a great guy. I felt like he followed me throughout part of my life. I remember fondly that Harvey had told us lifeguards to stay out of snack bar when we were wet from the pool. The floors were tile and easy to slip on. Some of us ignored his order and then we (the lifeguards) were banned from entering the snack bar at any time. We all had to stand in line...

Many good memories of Harvey teaching and coaching at the middle school. He will be missed. God bless him and his family.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

42 year friendship, Harvey was one of a kind

Harvey was an excellent presence here on Earth, so I have to think that he was needed in Heaven and will be watching over all of us with mighty strength. His passion for his family, his love for my sister, and his genuine caring for all he met are an inspiration for us all. Harv, you will be missed.
With Much Love, Tina

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Harvey will be missed and my prayers are with the family.

Glad to have had Harvey as one of my best friends growing up in Brookville. My thoughts, and prayers to his family. We sure had a lot of fun.

I'm saddened to hear of Harveys passing. He was an amazing man with an out of this world personality. Always smiling and upbeat, just an overall great person. He loved his students and talked about teaching often. I'll remember our many conversations, your funny stories, and your words of advice for dealing with a teenage daughter forever. Rest in paradise

Dear Jody and family my thoughts and prayers are with you.
Harvey and I were friends, classmates, and dorm suite mates during our sophomore year. Harvey was a wonderful person and would give you the shirt off his back. I am so sad about the loss of Harvey. I am sending lots of love your way. Take care. Thomas Tex Bennett
