Harvey was born on January 4, 1921 and passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2018. Harvey was a resident of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. He was a 1939 graduate of the former Hegins Twp High School. Harvey served in the US Army during World War II. Funeral services will be held at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View, on Monday, June 4, 2018, at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Duane Bardo officiating. A viewing will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Monday at the church. Burial will be made in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Valley View. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 221, Valley View, PA 17983 or to Hospice of Central PA, 1320 Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg PA 17110.
