Harvey Earl Palmer

My heart felt thanks to Earl he was a great man and a friend to me while I lived and attended the 4th ward in Richland I attended school with his son David and My daughter is currently married to Benson Palmer in Tooele Utah who is his great Nephew so you see David we ended up related in a round about way. Earl was a very soft-spoken man of great character. I will miss him until I see him again With sincere regards Curtis A West son of Alex and Carla Smith
