HARVEY SHAPIRO

We met Harvey a number of years ago at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (perhaps in 1993) and remember him fondly. Somehow we didn't keep up over the years but we had great respect for him. He was also a lot of fun at dinner as we remember. But we had no idea about his part in the Birmingham letter of Dr. King or some of his other activities.
