Please accept my heartfelt condolenses. Harvey was a good friend and a straight-up guy you could depend on. He often commented that he had just as many friends in Smithfield (where he delivered mail) as in his own city where he lived...friends who will miss him dearly...as I will. Anchors Aweigh!
