Not sure what to say?

Ed was a true southern gentleman. We first met as attorneys, and I was very impressed with his professionalism. Both Ed and his wife Kay were friends of mine and he will be missed.

Kay, I am so very sorry for your loss.

I have learned so much from him about music especially old bands and songs. I would ask him, who sings this one and he would tell me the name of the song and who sang it every single song! He always knew the song and the band or singer that played it!! And over the last 5 years of knowing him, I got the opportunity to learn his life stories. He would tell me story after story and honestly I was intrigued by them all!

Oh gosh, I can´t tell you a time when he didn´t make me laugh!! Him and his corny jokes! He always had something witty or corny to say and it all always made me laugh.

I used to personal train Ed at his home during the time of covid and my favorite memory is of the two of us sitting in his man cave on two chairs next to each other while he rested between sets and we talked about classic oldie songs. When we sat there it always reminded me of two people just sitting on a park bench chatting! He taught me so much about music!

My first memory of Ed was the day I met him when he hired me for personal training about 5 years ago. I had a liability waiver for him to sign as I have all my new clients sign. He said to me, "well I sign this but just to let you know, it won´t hold up in court. But I´ll sign it anyway just for you." That was also one of the 1st of many things I have learned from him. He has cracked me up and made me smile every damn time I saw him which was pretty much 2x a week for 5 years.
