Not sure what to say?

Harv was my first cousin by the Everett Weaver Ellis connection. Harv's mother, Edna was my mother sister Wilma Everett Ellis. I did not find out until July 28th my dear cousin harv had passed. I figured something was wrong when I called and his voicemail was full. Harv was always consistent on his correspondence whether it be emails phone calls or text messages. Jokingly but true there was a time in his early retirement that I had to actually schedule our annual quarterly phone conversation....

Harvey, I don´t know where to begin. We met long ago because our daughters were besties and instantly our families bonded. As time went on we have shared so many happy memories -from the countless hours of hockey with the girls to our dinner/clubbing nights. There are far too many memories to mention but the after dinner adventure to Chicks on Dix still makes me laugh and reminds me of all the good times we had together. Our golfing outings were full of laughs, making fun of our lacking...

Many memorable college moments were spent with Marty Morgan and Harvey Harold Weaver. Fun times I will never forget. I was so blessed to have a Marty and Harvey friendship. Difficult to say Marty without Harvey. It was always Marty and Harvey. Love and deepest sympathy to Marty and family.

I am proud to say that Harvey was my first cousin on my Mother´s side of the family. I remain extremely close to his sister, Linda. Even though we lived only two hours away in Iowa...it would always seem like an adventure to visit his family in Villisca. Whoever wrote the obituary captured his spirit so beautifully and even though I haven´t seen him in years, I feel as if I was reintroduced to this fun loving, wonderful family man that I remember as a teenager all of those years ago! He...

My condolences go out to his large and loving family. I am glad to say I was able to spend many times with Harvey. I know he loved his family dearly.

I am a first cousin of Harvey´s on the Weaver side. His sister,Linda, and I are extremely close and stay in touch. I was so saddened to hear of his passing. For him to fight through cancer and pass away from an entirely different event was tragic. The picture you posted embodied his personality-it just made me smile! Whoever wrote that beautiful obituary most certainly painted a wonderful picture of a life well lived! That´s the Harvey that I knew for sure. He left an amazing legacy in his...

A beautiful tribute to an incredible man. We are so lucky to have known Harvey through the marriage of our children Ben and Tara. Harveys´s frequent visits to Steamboat were always filled with enthusiasm and positivity for life. Much love to your entire family - our hearts are with you!
