Got this message about the 10th Anniversary of Harvey's passing. Wow!!! I cannot believe it. It seems like just yesterday. Not sure what to say that hasn't already been said after reading previous messages. But I miss Harvey. The world was a better place with him in it and we are all better for having known him. Rest in Peace Harvey.

He was wonderful friend with a great sense of humor, and warmth. Blessings to Harvey and his beloved family. ❤

I had not seen or spoken to Harvey in almost 40 years, but learning of his passing brought a rush of memories of Caleb Street and the teen music scene in Portland in the 1960's and lots of time spent together. He was truly one of a kind. Rest in peace.

Harvey was an amazing person, gifted and talented in so many ways. He has remained a dear friend throughout the years and we are so sad to hear about his passing. We love and miss our dear friend Harvey.

No one was better at telling stories in an interesting and amusing way. Harvey was Portland's very own raconteur troubador! Thank your for all of the remarkable life adventures we shared. For those of us who had the pleasure of knowing you, your memory will never escape us.
