Hattie Buckley

My sympathy to the Buckley family. My mother, Hattie Brouwer Bouma was Hattie's cousin. I remember going to Hattie's house on Menomonee and having tea or coffee. I will be sure to mention her passing to my Aunt Jane Van Allen if she doesn't know already.

Hattie and Syliva (my deceased mom) were wonderful advocates together for the education for the oral deaf since Debra and I were little. During our growing up years, we really got them on the nerves with michief and laughs. (We just had the latest stint on videophone a few days ago!) They would say, "silly girls!" Your mom is still awesome in our hearts, Debra.

What a beautiful Lady your mom was Debbie. Never knowing your mom personally, her legacy lives on in you. Krystyna and I are very proud in knowing you, and truly believe your mom was also very much aware of your excellance in achievement. Your mom is your angel, and will always be around. Because you'll often reflect
