Hattie Irene Ratliff Combs, 81, of Winchester, died Saturday at Winchester Medical Center. The funeral will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. at Shenandoah Memorial Park Mausoleum, Winchester. Arrangements are being handled by Michael R. Phelps and Associates Funeral Directors, Stephens City.
