Dear Friends and Family of Hattie, I had the privilege of meeting Hattie three years ago, and we instantly became fast friends. She was extraordinarily wise and wonderful-someone I wish I had met earlier in my career, as she would have been an incredible mentor. I adored her outspokenness and her humor. Hattie and I attended a holiday party, and she made me dance with her all night because we didn't have dancing partners. She said we were too cute to fight because someone asked us to dance. She flirted with the Lyft driver all the way to the event...a fun and memorable night. It always brings a smile to my face when I think of it.
