Dear Family, we are deeply sorry for your loss. Ms. Milligan was a very sweet, kind, and hospitable lady. Her kindess and consideration was deeply appreciated. We will miss her. She was a special person and all her children demonstrated that. God Bless all of you through your sorrow and pain now and in the days to come. To the family of Mrs. Hattie Milligan,

I was very sorry to hear of your mother’s death. It was such a pleasure to meet Mama Hattie. Her presence and her knowledge of being also a miracle person that the Lord had bestowed a healing made us have a lot in common, because I know that the Lord is a healer worker and can ease all pain and suffering and yes that mean giving you the strength in case He comes in with another plan, you can face tomorrow and keep keeping on. That is...

In memory of your wonderful mother always remember "The light of her love and the warmth of her presence will always be precious memories to all of you." May God bless and keep you safe always.

Now give yourselves a hug, wipe your tears and walk in victory, your mother is with the Lord, who will take very good care. Be Blessed and know that we love you and we will see her again.

Ms. Milligan was always so kind to me. I admire her attitude; she didn't let her physical disabilities keep her down.
My deepest condolences to the family.
