Hattie had a goal of coming to work with me at the VA once she retired from UAB. She was SO HAPPY when she got the job. When people would tell her about other jobs she would say "girl I'm happy where I'm at, me and Bonnie (she pronounced it Bunny) are going to retire together!! She was so happy.
