Haven Barlow

I served in the Utah State Senate with Haven through the 1980s and learned a great deal from him. I considered him a good friend. We shared many educational, frustrating, and interesting times together and helped each other on some key legislation. My wife and I enjoyed the friendship we had with Bonnie Rae. We were together alphabetically in all gatherings with Barlow/Barton. Our deepest sympathies are with the Barlow family for this loss. Haven lived a lively life of 100 years.
