Hazel always brought a smile to my face and warmth into my heart with our little chats in the lobby at dialysis. I was surprised and saddened at her passing and wish strength and peace to her family in this difficult time. She was very cherished by many people.

Hazel was a very Special Person..She was caring and would help anyone who needed it..Her smile was always a welcome sight,when she came into work.. Loved her stories,about her cruises, garage sales and the books she read..My sympathy to her Family. May you Rest in Peace Hazel..

So many memories do I have of Haze, at work and outside work.
Memories I will cherish all though my life. She will always be a part of my life. My thoughts and prayers will be with you all.

I met Hazel through my sister JoAnn as they both worked at A.P. I found her to be a very sweet friendly person. To Hazel, I,d like to say, Hazel, your many illnesses are a thing of the past, and you,re healthy and happily preparing to be the soloist in God,s heavenly choir!! God bless you jeanni willowick

Hazel was my supervisor at Activities. She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable about her craft. I knew her for 20 years and consider her a friend.

May the God of all comfort be with family and friends of Miss Bolz at this time of deep sorrow. Keep the fond memories of her deep in your hearts to help keep you strong and they will bring a smile to your face every now and then.
