Hazel Buck

My mother, Betty Howard McFarland, met Hazel in high school because she dated a Grant boy even though she attended Lincoln. Frank McCaslin was also a dear childhood friend, so while many miles separated my mother from Hazel, they kept in touch over the years. Mother greatly admired Hazel and how she handled life's challenges so positively and with such love for everyone. May her memory be a blessing for those who knew and loved her.

A great lady who led a full life. She is also remembered as a founder of the Medford symphony and Britt music festival.
