Hazel Marie Dowell

I'm sorry for your loss and greatly saddened by Hazel's passing. I was a longtime classmate of Hazel's starting with 4th grade at Lincoln Grade School with Mrs. Hannibal as teacher. I believe our mother's were "room mothers" that year. I always looked forward to talking with Hazel at class reunions. She was a very fine person. She will be missed by all of us from the Class of '58.

I can remember growing up down the street from the Dowell family. Not only being family they were great friends. She will dearly be missed by lots of people, she was great in the community as well in church and at home. She taught us many lessons growing up that I will never forget. And one thing and I think most people who new her she was a "rat pack", she never threw anything away, she always said you never know when your going to need it.
