You were an amazing woman, and had such a wonderful impact on my life..on the very woman that I am. I will miss you more than I can even imagine, but I know that you will always be with me. I take such pride in know ing that I will always be your #1. I love you!!

I am sending my deepest condolences to you and your family. I have not seen Hazel in many years but we worked together in Personnel at Prudential and I learned many things from her. She and your dad were two of the most wonderful people.
