I didn't know her first name back then, Hazel is beautiful. I just knew her as Ms. Overton. She was my second grade teacher at Mollie Dawson Elementary. She had a wonderful way of teaching. She made charts with foil stars for a job well done for each child. And the funniest thing was her telling all the kids if anyone argued they had to hug. It was hilarious to the rest of us when two young boys argued and she stuck to her plan. She made those boys hug each other in front of the whole class....
