Mrs. Patrick was the sweetest lady. She was my father's (at Dixie School 1944ish) 3rd grade teacher. She was my 3rd grade teacher in 1966 at Central Attendance Center. I remember being so worried about going into 3rd grade because we were going to have to write in cursive. Mrs. Patrick was so kind and sweet I ask her if she could go with me to 4th grade.
