Hazel Marie Powers

HAGERSTOWN, Md. -- Hazel Marie (Gogan) Powers, a resident of Clear Spring, Md., died Monday, Jan. 18, 2010, at the Washington County Hospital in Hagerstown, Md.

Born Nov. 7, 1928 in Benton, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Oriole Gogan.
