So sorry to hear of Tom's passing. As a young Army Officer I worked for Tom for almost 5 years when he was the Director of Contracting at Ft. Richardson, Alaska. He provided me with the opportunity to get experience and I subsequently worked in federal contracting for over 40 years. On September 30, 2019 when I retired, I called Tom and expressed my appreciation - I am really glad I made that call. Tom was hard working, honest, knowledgeable and I considered him a friend.
