I was Heathers other mother. I loved her so much. I think she was at my house every day for 8 years. I've been missing her so bad this month.

I just learned of the very sad passing of a very special person.........I had not even known Heather was sick. I certainly would have reached out to her.
Heather was one of the sweetest students I had in my 33 years of teaching. Her warmth, kindness and sensitivity were only a few of my memories of her. She had a way about her that I will never forget.
We had a wonderful relationship........
When somebody like Heather is taken, life seems so cruel and unfair.

Heather, Today a couple of us from work took Stevie out. He always has and always will get the goofy little smile when talking about you... he was so happy sharing memories. I know your watching over all your family and friends. As you watch over them all and Steve I hope you know were taking care of him. He loves you more than words and you are my hero... I look up to you and I barely knew you. You are beautiful and strong and I can only hope to be half the woman you were. Rest Easy...
