Not sure what to say?

Heather, I have such fond memories of you at SKHS! Working on Jock Straight'. Winning the lawsuit against Newport Creamery was excellent!!!!! You were the best! -Bob

Heather, you were such a part of my South County years, particularly at SKHS. The line,'We'd like to thank all of the athletic supporters who...', Jock Straight..... Those were fabulous years! My awe at your lawsuit against 'The Creamery'! Your work for women was spectacular and ground-breaking. Carry on your wonderful work, Heather.

Heather and I were classmates at WSCC.
She was a special person with consummate integrity and calm confidence.
I will miss her.

Heather was an exceptional person and I was glad to have known her. I was very sorry to hear of her passing.
I will miss our walks, concerts and beer drinking. I will really miss your artwork and your stories!
Most of all, I will miss all the laughs we had together!

When I think of Heather, I think of the John Lewis quote: "Never ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble" and smile when I remember all the good trouble she got into. Those of us who grew up with Heather were fortunate to have benefited from her activism. She was a woman ahead of her time.
