Not sure what to say?

18 years have now passed since Heather´s untimely and early departure from this world. My heart still aches for the loss of one of my dearest and closest friends. She was, and still is, one of my favorite people that I have been honored to know and fortunate to have crossed paths with. We shared so much together, from great joys to heartbreaking sorrows in our lives, our love of poetry, music, all things artfully beautiful, our dreams, talents, passions, the mountains, the ocean, animals,...

Dear Dr. Zir and Rosemary,
When I heard the news of your loss today my heart broke. I remember when I made charm ornaments for the girls when I first started in the office. Heather is in heaven leading the Angel Orchestra. My prayers are with your family

Linda

I am shocked and so very sorry to hear of the death of your daughter, Heather. My son, Erik Christian (Hopperstad), knew Heather, as he is on the composite CD, Songs From An Unreal City by the L.A. Song Alliance. I did not know of Heather's untimely death until Erik called me, early this evening from L.A., and mentioned that he was going to a memorial service for Heather. My condolences on your irreplaceable loss. There can be no greater tragedy than to lose a child!

To the Zir Family: It is impossible to imagine the pain you are enduring from the loss of Heather from your lives. As a family, you have so much love and support for each other - that has always been clear. I love you all very much, and my heart goes out to you during this difficult time.

I am most deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Heather. It was my pleasure to be her third grade teacher many years ago at Center School in Sherborn, Ma. I remember Heather as a twinkly, darling girl with a love of life. I was not surprised to read of her many accomplishments and the long-lasting impact she had on so many people. I was quite pleased to read that she apparently had kept in touch with Jennifer Stamm, another of my wonderful former students. They would remember me either by my...

Heather's work continues beyond this plane- she is presently arguing with the Pope and reading her poetry to Johnny Carson while playing her guitar for the angels. Her energy was too immense for this place and we will never forget her. My heart goes to the whole Zir family. May your grieving soon be replaced with the sweetest memories of your precious time with a soul who blessed us all.

There was no bigger smile or laughter in the room. The bravest person I knew. I will miss you and never forget your presence, passion and abundance of love for everyone.

The loss of Heather is the loss of a fanciful dancing light to me, that fewer yet remain it may seem, but this is not true as her's was much the brighter.

I met Heather through my daughter, Jen. They were full of life, fun, and music. Heather was a very good friend to Jen as they supported each other through their music, writing, heart breaks, highs and lows of life. Heather will not be forgotten.
