Not sure what to say?

I didn’t know your family but I also heard of what happened through YouTube as well, and saw a video about the house Hector had built before he and Sean passed away. Hearing their story and reading all these posts from family, friends, and patients hit me very hard as someone who has also experienced loss. From what I read, Hector made a very positive impact on all of those that he knew, and that’s what hits hardest. I’m very sure his son was just as bright and inspiring. My deepest and...

I didn't know your family but listen to your story on YouTube and now reading all these beautiful comments about you as a doctor and a friend. I feel sad because you built such a beautiful mansion and that was your dream for you and your family. I hope you will post an update Connie on how your life is today. I hope you are doing well.

I would like to give my sincere sympathy to this GREAT family. Dr. Hector K. Collison was a GREAT man and a caring physician. My family and I will be eternally grateful for his service and care during my time of need.

Uncle Hec,
It's Kee-Kee. Your niece. Or, should I say "Big girl".
Ever since I was a young girl, 'Hey, big girl' is how you would greet me. Each day that I think about you, my thoughts end with a smile on my face. I have such great memories of our time spent together. I remember when I saw you last in February. I asked you how it felt going from your regular greeting of 'hey big girl, still considering going to medical school & be like your uncle Hector...right?' to 'hey big girl,...

Dear Trina...my beloved sister...as I observe closely what our entire familiy has had to endure..I think much about you...you are in my prayers...I remember how you have always been so encouraging to others, and now you, yourself are in need of much encouragement...if i could attempt to share with you, I would like to encourage you in this, God has promised never to leave you nor to forsake you, so remember, HE IS YOUR STRENGTH (and that He is only using you)..you will make it through the...

Dr. Collison was not only a capable, kind and caring physician, but he was also a wonderful friend. After my heart attack in 1998, he showed great wisdom in my initial treatment, and continued to always have time to follow my treatment with compassion and great skill. We all will miss his zest for life and knowledge. I am grateful to you, his family, for sharing Dr. Collison's life with so many of us, his patients. I pray that God will bless and comfort you as we keep you in our prayers.

Condolences to the family of Dr. Hector Collison and his son, Sean. I haven't known the doctor long, but it was long enough for me to know he was a nice person. I, like the others will miss him. May God comfort you all.

My Uncle Hector was a man with a quiet, yet determined spirit. Whenever we'd visit Maryland we would not be greeted with his face when we arrived...instead we might be greeted with a snore heard in the middle of the night after he had quietly nestled in on the first soft object he could find. Yes, he'd be busy, but he would always take time out of his schedule to take us out for a nice time. "Where do you guys want to go? You mean you came all the way out here from Chicago and don't want...

Dr. Collison was on call when I had a heart attack in 2004. Such a skillful interventionist and cardiologist. He was so dedicated . He was one of the kindest, gentlest persons I've known. I'm so grateful to have known him. My deepest and heartfelt sympathy to his loved ones.
