Angelus Funeral Home - San Antonio Obituary

On April,16 1983 Hector married Lucille Saenz and recently celebrated 40 years of marriage together. They had a daughter Elizabeth in 1986.


Hector worked for the Department of Housing and Urban Development for over 35 years. He loved spending time with family and friends. He loved telling jokes and stories. Hector loved helping others in any way he could. He loved meeting new people and interacting with people of all walks of life. He was very passionate about issues that affect the Disabled community of which he was a part of. He was a huge fan of the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Astros, Dallas Cowboys, Texas State Bobcats, UT Longhorns and UTSA Roadrunners.


He is survived by his loving wife Lucille, daughter Elizabeth; three sisters Diana Guevara (Henry), Elda Sanchez (Leroy), and Aida Maldonado (Xavier); two brothers Jorge (Susan) and Robert (Rita), his Tia Adelfa Aparicio as well as his beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

UTSA shirts and gear.
