We in the Citrus County Council were colleagues of Hedda for many years. She was as fun loving and energetic as she was ardent in her civic and animal advocacy. She was loved by many of us and respected by all. Our collective hearts share in the family's loss. Helen Keller said it best: "What we have once enjoyed, we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes part of us." Hedda is a part of us all.
